Illustrations
"A picture is worth a thousand words" is a phrase most of us have heard since childhood. An illustration eliminates the need for quite so many words and can be tailored to target a specific project. I create pen & ink drawings, pencil drawings, water color and acrylic paintings to fulfill specific requests.
What shows below are illustrations for: a family recipe (as a gift); visual aids for a speaker; a calendar at an environmental school in Oregon; the front and back book jacket illustrations for a novel; a "star book" for a child; a custom-designed and painted card for the 100th birthday of an English lady; a birth or Baptism certificate, waiting to be filled in.
